	Eternus entered into an exclusive Consortium Agreement with "Cadiz Holdings" for all activities between India and South Africa. This strategic alliance will see the two firms working together to combine exceptional sector intelligence and strategic insights and to develop state-of-the-art cross-border capabilities in investment banking. Cadiz is one of the largest financial services company in South Africa managing more than $8 Billion of funds .They are a leading Investment Bank in the resource sector in South Africa. The partnership provides Eternus a unique position in assisting Indian companies and Investors to identify and access opportunities with publicly listed or privately held junior mining companies in Southern Africa and facilitate the investment process. In 1998 Cadiz acquired District Securities Bank from Investec Bank. The share offer of Cadiz Holdings was more than 130 times oversubscribed and its listing was one of the most successful ever on the JSE. Cadiz leadership position in the derivatives market has been well recognised as the company has been rated as South Africa's foremost derivatives research and dealing house for an unrivalled 14 consecutive year. Makana Investment Corporation (MIC) acquired a strategic shareholding of 15% in Cadiz. MIC is owned and controlled by the Makana Trust, an organisation established at the behest of Nelson Mandela.
